By purchasing a paid membership, you authorize the applicable payment provider to charge your selected payment method for the recurring membership fee and any applicable taxes until you cancel your membership.

Cancellation

You may cancel your paid membership at any time using the cancellation or subscription-management options made available through The OptionEdge. Cancellation prevents future renewal charges. Unless otherwise required by law, your paid membership access will continue through the end of your current paid billing period.

Refunds

Membership payments are generally non-refundable and are not prorated for partially used billing periods, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Founding Member Pricing

Eligible members who subscribe under a designated Founding Member offer may receive a promotional monthly membership rate. A Founding Member rate remains available only while the qualifying paid membership remains continuously active.

If a Founding Member cancels or otherwise allows the qualifying subscription to terminate, the Founding Member rate is forfeited. If the former member later subscribes again, the membership will be offered at the price then in effect unless another promotion applies.

Failed or Unsuccessful Payments

If a recurring payment cannot be successfully processed, paid membership access may be restricted or suspended until payment is successfully completed. We may also terminate a paid membership following unsuccessful payment attempts.

Membership Features

Membership features and services may be added, modified, or discontinued over time. Material pricing or subscription changes will be communicated as required by applicable law.

Third-Party Services and Links
